1.25" with St. Louis Button Co. backpaper. Front shows sleeping kitten with head on pillow and covers pulled up with just the head and one paw showing. Inner circle reads "24th Annual Meeting/Greenbrier Valley Fair Grounds, W. Va." Outer rim reads "The Chesapeake And Ohio R'y Veteran Employees Ass'n June 15, 1940." Mint and only example we've seen.
