All items are 1930s issued by Phillips Dental Magnesia. 8.5x11.5" letter on "Skippy On The Radio For Phillips Dental Magnesia" letterhead offers recipient chance to "Get Spending Money For Yourself, Absolutely Free!" by sending in empty Phillips toothpaste boxes "You Get Cash For Every Empty Box You Send In. Say - That's Swell News, Isn't It?" Letter has horizontal and vertical fold as mailed with lt. tanning on top half. Fine. 3.74x6" folder opens to 16" wide and includes pledge certificate, offer of captains badge, secret grip, secret signals, mystic circle writing code, mystic cap signals. VF. 2-3/8x4" membership card is VF. 5.5" tall felt beanie is folded as mailed, otherwise VF. 4.5x6.75" mailing envelope is creased with address portion of label missing. VG. Nice group of unused Skippy premiums.
