Item Description
8.5x11.25” w/title “Dumbo Comic Paint Book” but this is actually issue #19 of the Large Feature Comic series by Dell Publishing Co. ©1941. Unusual format with cover reading “Color The Pictures-Read The Comics.” Contents are entirely in bw and each page features one large picture to be colored plus two panels reprinting comic story from Four Color Comic issue #17. Different cover art front/back. Contents tanned but with the exception of a few small "X" marks remain unused. Cover shows wear/aging w/some tiny margin/spine tears. Dust soiling and some minor stains. Still has a glossy appearance w/bright color. VG. Scarce. Overstreet value in VG=$594.
