This is Donald's first portrait button promoting himself and it dates from 1935. The 1.25" has reverse backpaper picturing Mickey with hand extended beneath the words "Walt Disney Enterprises." Rest of the text relates to Disney's licensing agent "Kay Kamen." Backpaper has a few darker tan dots at center and left but still remains extremely clean. The celluloid itself is an outstanding example with almost no surface wear even under magnification. Front of the button has wonderful image of early long-billed Donald and bottom edge also includes the copyright symbol and words "Walt Disney Enterprises." N. Mint, displaying Mint.
