Item Description
7.75x10.25" hardcover by Blue Ribbon Books Inc. ©1933-1934. Book is comprised of two different stories that were also issued as individual hardcovers by Blue Ribbon (see items #2294-95). Each story is 64 pages for a total of 128. Great art throughout w/many full page illustrations in both bw and full color (see original art from this book item #2211). Inside front cover features Wolf and Pigs, inside back cover is overhead view of woods w/"Legend", different cover art on front and back for the two different stories, all as it appears in the individual editions as well. Cover has moderate aging and edge wear w/surface paper rubs. Contents have aging and some w/lt. rippling, but all mostly concentrated to margins. For the most part art remains clean. Overall a VG/Fine copy. A rare title and only the second copy we believe we have offered in our 46 years.
