This interesting item is c. 1935 and manufactured by Kilgore who are known for their many cowboy cap guns. This "gun" is 8" long and comes w/original illustrated box featuring Mickey's nephew firing the gun in his direction. Missing all end flaps but as is still displays Fine. Metal gun has barrel covered by paper label, end cap has Mickey decal on one side. The cap was to be removed and a small rubber "Bubblet" was to be attached. When the handle was pumped, it in turn caused this to expand and pop. Box notes that 48 "Bubblets" were originally included but no longer present. Scattered lt. wear. Label has a 3" hairline scratch across center of one side. Fine. Neat design. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
