Item Description
This character debuted in 1949 as the first made-for-TV animated cartoon. This button dates from very close to that year. Rare as a 1-1/8" litho and this is third seen and likely first issued 1.25" cello. Microscopic name "Tap, Inc." on bottom edge. No backpaper as issued. Faint 1/16" age mark on bottm edge and darker 1/16" dot on extreme left edge. Glossy and VF.
