Item Description
We offered this ring in yellow in Auction #200 and in blue in Auction #201. Here is what we believe is the third and final variety. It is among the scarcest and best quality metal rings for Davy Crockett from the mid-1950s. Box is 1-3/8” square by almost 1” deep and finished in a woodgrain pattern. It is Exc. with partial original price sticker on the lid. The ring is adjustable brass with portrait of him facing left against red enamel paint bkg. and with his name on the side bands. Luster is not particularly bright on the brass but the ring is NM as issued. Only example we’ve seen in this color.
