Item Description
2.75" by Phila. Badge has light rust on the reverse and small area of stain on front lower right edge. Initials "SCHS" we believe stand for South Catholic High School, although it may since have been renamed. Pictured holding a diploma and pennant is student drawn likeness of Beetle Bailey who was originally created by Mort Walker as a college student at fictional Rockview University who quit school and enlisted in the U.S. Army on March 31, 1951 where he has enjoyed an exceptionally long career ever since. Button retains full color and gloss. Only example we've seen.
