Top has red plastic frame holding a hinged brass cover which in turn has a hinged glow-in-dark plastic segment with a ballpoint pen built in. Top of the brass frame also has convex domed magnifying glass and interior of red compartment has his Flying Crown emblem stamped in. Ink dried out as typical. Light all over luster loss but nice clean surfaces. Fine.
