Item Description
First is 1.5" by Bastian Bros. and showing illustration of Crockett in coonskin hat. We don't know who the issuer was but it is mid-'50s, scarce and Mint. Second is 1.25" button by M. Pudlin Co., NY, picturing and reading "Bill Hayes Fan Club." Hayes recorded the Ballad of Davy Crockett and this was a Billboard #1 hit for five weeks. In later years he played Doug Williams on Days Of Our Lives. Button is from the 1955 era and scarce and Mint.
