This superb high quality set was issued c. 1995 as a Disney catalog exclusive. Only 5,000 sets were produced, this is #1174. 8x12x1.5" deep wood display case with hinged lid opens to reveal five different pocket watches each individually housed in a wood tray w/insert. Lid/inside lid features same "Mickey Mouse Collection" logo with portrait image. This same design appears on the front of each pocket watch case. Each has an antique design and is done in a different color luster w/matching chain, each with a different Mickey image on the dial. As noted on the numbered COA, this set was done as a tribute for the Mickey Mouse Club TV show which ran five days a week. As such, each watch has text for a different day/theme. Titles are "Music Day, Guest Star Day, Anything Can Happen Day (Sorcerer's Apprentice), Circus Day, Talent Roundup Day." All are Mint as made. An exceptional set. From the Jerry Howell Jr. Collection.
