Complete amount of 10 plastic track sections. Cardboard cut-outs include figures of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and two different Donalds as well as a water tower and Goofy at "Watchman" building. These have some aging/staining, mostly Fine. Train missing key but works. Lt. wear, VF w/Exc. track. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
