Item Description
Lot of five items relating to the Japanese park which opened April 15, 1983. First is 8.5x11" 24-page nice quality promotional publication dealing with the concept/creation of the park and published in 1980, a full three years before it actually opened. Text notes it was in the construction stages and covers the benefits of being associated with the project, as directed at businesses. Includes photos, concept art and positive comments from current businesses associated w/other Disney parks. Next is opening day program w/16 pages. Another nice quality publication. This comes w/letter from VP of Operations, die-cut metal bookmark, special metal medallion in presentation cover w/envelope and additional letter. Medallion has raised design on front of castle, back is Mickey in a tux. All is NM. An impressive group.
