6x7.5" in booklet format with eight pages. Envelope has Hollywood, California return address w/facsimile Walt signature. Inked name of recipient and trace of aging. Env. Fine. Card has silhouette Pinocchio image on front. Choice illustrations inside of Pinocchio characters along with their facsimile signatures. Inside front cover has facsimile signatures of Disney Studio staff, inside back cover includes silhouette images/signatures of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. Totally clean. Exc./NM.
