3.5x10x1.5" deep box contains complete amount of 24 paper packs/envelopes each containing a single 9.5" long college pennant. Box/pack art includes images of college students and university facades as well as example images of how pennants could be used/displayed. One pack has been opened and contains "Texas A&M" pennant, all others remain sealed. Box shows wear/aging w/one corner split. VG. Some packs have lt. aging but overall Exc. to Mint.
