Item Description
6.25" tall w/built-in key in back. c. 1930s, an obvious response to the popularity of Popeye, this sailor character toy is very similar to a Popeye toy produced by Chein around the same time. When wound, Bill scuttles back and forth and walks around in a frenzy. Light wear with a few pinpoint scratches/nicks. Fine/VF.
