Both 8.5" tall tin litho w/built-in keys. ©1939 Charlie has his name on front of top hat, Snerd has note pinned to back reading "Meet My Friend - Mortimer Snerd. Signed Charlie McCarthy." When wound, both waddle about, Charlie's mouth opening and closing, Snerd's hat going up and down. Crazing to Charlie's face, most noticeable around mouth. Snerd has paint rub to nose and lt. fade. Both Fine overall.
