Item Description
All are c. 1900-1920s hand painted plaster. Sizes range from 10.25” to 11” tall. Gloomy Gus figure with brown coat has his name incised on base front, others are unmarked. Most have dust soil, aging, and light wear. Happy figure with crossed legs has slight plaster loss on back of neck. Group is VG/Fine overall. A nicely designed instant collection based on the wonderful Platinum Age comic strip by F.B. Opper.
