Item Description
7" long tin litho w/built-in key comes w/original illustrated box. Courtland Mfg. Co. Box is marked "A Walt Reach Toy By Courtland" and is No. 7500. c. late 1940s. Box shows wear w/some scattered moisture staining, but displays Fine. Toy itself is designed similarly to Dick Tracy police car wind-ups of the era. Works and travels forward, and crank produces siren sound. Two .25" areas w/traces of bare metal showing at front bumper corners as made and .5" long streak trace of oxidation along hood. VF.
