Lot of nine glazed ceramic plates from late 1940s-1950s. Three w/o FDR's portrait are 5" dia. and marked on underside "Old English Staffordshire Ware - Adams - Imported Exclusively For Little White House Warm Springs Georgia." Next in blue is 7.25" dia. with small "Made In Japan" sticker. Next is 10" dia. with underside text about House's history and was made by Enco National. The six plates with his portrait are all marked "By Vernon Kilns U.S.A." The two with large image also say "Plate Made Exclusively For The Little White House Souvenir Shop..." The last four, two with border design and two w/o, say "Made Exclusively For Mrs. J.M. Rothrock Warm Springs, Ga." All are essentially Mint. An extensive, in-depth collection.
