Item Description
Thin plastic hat with paper band reading "Goldwater In '64" along with button-making firm A.G. Trimble maker's name. Brim has four small .5-1" cracks at back which show little. Second is rare and unusual 31.5" long plastic tube cane. Clear lucite handle with suspended gold flakes. Hollow tube was once clear and held water suspending gold glitter which worked like a snow globe when shaken. Since 1964, water has evaporated, leaving a golden dusting to the inside of cane. Slight curve but o/w Exc. First we've seen and a rarity among Goldwater items inspired by his name.
