c. WWII. Tom Lamb design. Made by Otis-Lawson N.Y. 4.5x4.5x6x5" long box. Extensive text including "Save, And Make Him Squeal/He Squeals Every Time You Save A Coin/Make Him Squeal/For Victory Buy United States War Savings Bonds Stamps.". Box shows wear, but is complete with all attached flaps. Box is VG, but is structurally sound and still quite displayable. Extremely rare. A “must have” if you own the bank.
