Both are 1950s Japan w/built-in keys. TPS clown is 6.25” tall w/fabric pants. Pants are worn, otherwise Fine. Works. Boat is 7.75” long w/ Momoya maker mark. Boat is designed to use on water, has great rowing action. Lt. wear, otherwise Fine.
