Item Description
c.1930s. 8” tall main tower is litho tin. Also included is folded wire assembly which opens to 20” and contains two 4” long tin litho planes with 4” wingspan. Toy itself has built-in key and when wound airplanes revolve in an up and down fashion due to angled shaft that holds the wire assembly. Works well and celluloid-like propellers revolve rapidly as planes fly around. Tower has great lithography featuring airfield w/ground crew directing planes. Planes have scattered tiny scratches, otherwise bright and VF.
