1930s. 4”wide, 12.25”long overall w/patented unique mechanism. Top rear has spring loaded metal ring attached to spiral metal rod, when pulled wheels spin rapidly. Front has original rubber bumper guard, and driver area has clear plastic window. Scattered lt. wear. Fine overall. Works.
