Brass from Quaker Cereals w/"SG" Secret Guard initials on each side and a magnifying lens on top that swivels on a tiny rivet. Issued very briefly in 1941 and offer stated "Before Orphan Annie Comes Back On The Air Next Fall." Trivial trace of luster loss on tip of one prong, luster is about 98% complete. A brilliant and beautiful example just a hair under strict Mint. Rare.
