c.1930s.©Famous Artists Syn. Made in Japan. Distributed by N. Shure Co.3.75x5.5x1.25” deep box contains set of 4 bisques ranging in height from 2.5 to 4”tall. Included are Andy Gump, Chester Gump, Min Gump and Uncle Bim. All have incised names on back. Box lid has label w/character specific images Box lid has lt. wear and dust soil. Fine. Box bottom has three corner seam splits. VG. Figures are in choice Exc./NM condition. Scarce set and rare as boxed. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
