1-11/16" brass bar w/reverse pin. Piece is inscribed "Patrol Leader" and this was the very top rank for the 1938 Quaker Cereals-sponsored Dick Tracy Club. It required a large number of new club members to be recruited. 30% luster remains and 95% of black lettering. Third we've seen. One of the rarest premiums due to stiff qualifying requirements. VF.
