Item Description
c. early 1950s. 4.5x4.5x10" boxed metal and plastic binoculars and snapshot camera set by Herbert George Co., Chicago. Top surface of box lid has a printed "Many Happy Trails" gift tag "From Roy Rogers" plus entry line for the recipient and the actual giver. Front and back panels have photo of Roy. Box has aging, dust soil, light but evenly tanned. One corner seam has 1” split. Still displays Fine. Binoculars and camera have nice images of Roy on rearing Trigger. Both are Exc./ NM, complete w/vinyl carrying strap. Only the second we’ve offered in our 46 years.
