Item Description
4x6.5x5.5" tall figural painted and glazed ceramic mug depicts funny man Durante's head as a mug. c. 1940s. Durante's likeness is caricature and features the odd use of his prominent nose (which has been enlarged some) as a handle. His shirt lapels make up the base of mug. Bottom is stamped "Hollywood Mugs By Barclay." Two small 1/8" chips to tips of lapels at base. Exc. From the Hake collection.
