Item Description
Set of caricature salt & pepper shakers designed to rest in 2.25x4" separate base made to resemble the comedic duo's high collars and bow ties. Laurel shaker is 4" tall and Hardy is 3.25" tall. Underside of each has marking indicating manufacture in Germany and base has "Dresden" name marking. Both shakers are without stoppers. Glossy and Exc. c.late 1930s-early 1940s.
