Scarcer late 1950s issue. ©KFS. 9x11x3" deep window box contains medium (8-10) size costume #225. Lid has original cellophane affixed and intact. Lid has numerous creases and 1.25" piece missing from side panel. VG. Thin vacuform plastic mask has a few scattered areas of color loss, but VF w/only a tiny 1/8" split. Costume is folded as issued, w/obvious and heavy staining to main costume and separate cloth cowl. Just Good. Costume is all blue with "The Phantom" logo and The Phantom's costume design. This costume was issued in three different colors/styles. In our previous two auctions, we've offered both the purple and black variations. This blue variety features a very different costume design from those other costumes as well as later versions.
