9.75x13.5" mailing envelope contains complete Grape-Nuts 1944 premium. Envelope has illustration of Harrigan and boy playing w/premium, reverse has assembly instructions. No mailing label. Premium consists of two 9x13" stiff paper punch-out sheets w/parts, 9x12" paper target map w/aerial view of Japanese "Harukai" harbor and small sealed envelope containing three marble bombs. Punch-out pieces are for model airplane designed w/built-in bomb sight plus nine ship, tank and plane targets. 1" square glass mirror for bomb sight popped loose where glued to sheet w/some silvering loss but easily re-glued in place if desired. Punch-outs are are mostly unpunched, w/about 25% perforations loose. Only wing section of plane is completely loose. VF. The fragile thin paper map has tanned w/age and has a few tiny margin tears/chips but is totally clean and as far as these go, still an Exc. example.
