Item Description
First is 1.25" with lightly tanned W&H backpaper. Front shows car with date below "March 31, 1898." Rim reads "New York & Philadelphia Traction Co./Brunswick Traction Co." Narrow line of dark stain on much of the perimeter but still displays well. Second item is 7/8" showing a hand holding a strap surrounded by text "Strap-Hangers' League/We Want Seats, Not Straps." Spring pin holds actual 2" leather strap with printing on the front "Vote For Ordinance." Very likely a NYC issue. NM and displays Mint.
