Handbags in this style came in both vinyl and cloth and this is the 10x10" nice quality cloth variety w/sturdy metal built-in handle at top, zippered compartment on front center. Has overall repeated Beatles portrait images, facsimile signatures and band name. Still attached to the zipper is 1.75x1.75" two-sided cardboard string tag. This is also bw w/band illustration on front, reverse text reads "The Beatles Official Accessory For Seltaeb By Dame News Ent. Ltd." c. 1964. Bag has scattered lt. but noticeable traces of tanning that appears on front around the zipper as well as top portion around handle and thin trace on left and bottom margins.
