Victory Publishing Company. First issue has "The Library Of Congress Serial Record - Feb 14 1946" ink stamp as well as additional "Sample" and "Copyright Deposit" ink stamps on front cover. Only four issues were published for this scarce funny animal title, this issue isn't even pictured in the Gerber Photo Journal.
