Item Description
7/8" missing most of its W&H backpaper. Front displays open box of cigars with the text quoted in our title appearing on the open lid and the side panel of the box. Text on the button's bkg. reads "Pan-American/Buffalo/1901." While reverse has some tiny dark dots by the collet the entire front displays Mint. Scarce.
