Item Description
Smaller buttons are 1.25" while largest are 2-1/8". All have backpapers if that is how they were issued. First is among the earliest and rarest figural buttons die-cut into the shape of an apple. This portrays "Arkansas" building with floral designs and speeding locomotive below. Largest button is for "California." This shows aerial view of San Fransisco Bay and Alameda County. Slightest touch of age markings around the extreme edge but still Extremely Fine. Next is beautifully colored button for Kentucky. Next is rare sepia real photo button for Montana. Next is New Jersey with original ribbon. Next is Louisiana. Next is Maine. All buttons display NM to Mint except as noted.
