Item Description
3x4" card centered by diecut tabs holding 1.5" dia. catalin plastic disk w/similar plastic overlay spinner disk. 1936 copyright by King Features but unidentified maker other than "U.S.A." Card text includes "Do You Think My Horse Will Win?" w/pair of racing horse images along w/"What's My Lucky Number?/What's My Lucky Day?/Ask The Jeep/Spin Lightly With The Finger." Slightest aging on card but Exc. The separate spinner disk has decal image of Jeep on all fours w/his nose to the ground and tail sticking straight up and above tail is a tiny arrow that points at response when spinner stops. Bottom disk is segmented w/12 designated numbers around three-quarters of the rim while at bottom is "No-Play." This is a variety, we offered a similar Jeep spinner in Auction #165 but the outer edge of that spinner featured the words "Yes/No" along w/"No-Play." Couple of tiny barely noticeable hairline slivers off the extreme outer edges of Jeep decal but appearance remains essentially Mint. Scarce and rarely found w/card. The variety we offered in Auction #165 w/card brought $450.
