1938 Quaker premium in brass with adjustable bands. Bands feature four leaf clover and horseshoe designs while top has rectangular compartment with removable brass lid. Lid has high relief portrait of Tracy surrounded by numerous good luck symbols. Essentially Mint and a scarce ring rare in this condition.
