1.25" button with W&H paper reads "Come To Greet Comrades." Ribbon below reads "Thirty Fifth Anniversary Wisconsin Old Settlers Ass'n Palmyra, Wis, June 19,1919." Suspended from this is 1.75" tin-backed beautiful celluloid showing flags of allies and three soldiers "Walter Thomas/Harley Mules/Frank Wiles." 1/16" tiny hole on ribbon and faint tiny black smudge on the lower button as printed.
