8.5" tall complete w/felt collar/hat brim and fabric tie. Holds wooden umbrella. Underside of one foot has Ideal decal w/tiny 1/16" flake, ow/ complete. 1940s. Small traces of wear/aging but appearance remains clean. Displays VF.
