Has printed name of recipient and facsimile signature of Walter Beech President/Chairman of the Board. Bee wears shirt w/Beechcraft wings design and legs hold a wrench, hammer and rivet gun set against airplane blueprint background all done in the shape of a Beech leaf. Includes Walt Disney ©. Text praising the recipient includes "Kill'em With Production." Sheet lightly aged, scattered light handling wear. Clean. VF. 3.5x5" embroidered fabric patch is also in the shape of a Beech leaf and features identical insignia design as the award. Last item is 7/8x1-3/8" enameled metal pin w/matching design.
