Item Description
18x29x6" tall. Steel frame and runners w/wooden top panels, side rails and steering bar. Underside is marked "Mickey Mouse No. 80 - Made By S.L. Allen & Co. Manufacturers Of The Flexible Flyer Sled And Planet Jr. Farm And Garden Tools." 1930s. The "Mickey Mouse" name decal on the steering bar shows lt. trace of wear but is distinct. The decal of Mickey and Minnie at center has some tiny scattered surface flakes but remains nearly complete. The original rope is missing. Runners show typical wear/aging but much red paint remains. The wooden parts also have scattered wear/aging but remain clean and in unbroken condition. VF. A Mickey Mouse classic, our last example sold for $842.
