Item Description
Lot of five BTLB's published by Whitman. Titles include: No.1421 "The Lone Ranger on the Barbary Coast," 1944; 1452 "Captian Midnight and the Moon Woman", 1943; 1469 "Flash Gordon and the Powermen of Mongo", 1943; 1473 "Smilin' Jack Speed Pilot," 1941; 1478 "Dick Tracy on Voodoo Island," 1944. Nos 1421, 1452, 1469, 1478 have handling wear mostly to corners and some light aging. Fine. 1473 has a .25"x.5" chip to back bottom cover which is still attached at bottom, surface paper lift at top back cover. Moderate spotting of spine with aging. And a .25" moisture stain on first 10 pages. VG.
