1.25" c. late 1940s with curl text "© King Features Syndicate, Inc." Her cartoon balloon reads "Vote For No Defrosting." Exceedingly faint couple of gray marks on the white bkg. but barely showing. High gloss and displays NM. Only about the third we've seen.
