5x9.5x10" tall wooden toy piano. 1930s. Marks Brothers Co. Box has image of toy and is marked "No. 346 Mickey Mouse Piano." Box has large moisture stain at bottom half but still displays Fine. Back of toy has "Mfg. By Marks Bros. Boston Mass. U.S.A. Walt Disney Enterprises Patented Sept. 1, 1936" ink stamp. Piano is complete w/separate attached pair of die-cut cardboard figures of Mickey and Minnie which dance as keys are struck and piano produces musical notes. Illustrated panel above the keys depicts Mickey and Minnie singing, w/song book at center. Bkg. scene behind the figures depicts Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle, Pluto and Fiddler Pig singing, dancing and playing instruments. Mickey and Minnie figures show moderate wear and Minnie has tiny tape repair to one foot. Working and Fine overall. Scarce. Wonderful graphics. Great design. Very rare w/box.
