2.75x4.75" original mailing envelope has extensive tan stain on the front panel but documents this by the return address "Radio's Little Orphan Annie." The instruction folder is 3-5/8x4.75" and describes how the whistle can be used along with instructions on getting additional whistles from Ovaltine. The whistle itself is a 3-3/8" tall Mint luster brass tube accented by flat die-cut head of a dog on the top end. Tube extends to 5.25" and moving it in and out produces various frequencies. Ovaltine used this premium a year later for Captain Midnight. Whistle is Mint and folder is NM. Rarely found complete.
