Item Description
Published by Marvel Comics in 1964 and copyrighted by Non-Pareil Publishing Corporation. Written by Stan Lee with art by Steve Ditko. This issue is the first Annual for Spider-Man and features the first appearance of the super criminal group "The Sinister Six," comprised of villains Doctor Octopus, Electro, Kraven The Hunter, Mysterio, Sandman and the Vulture. Book also has a gallery of Spider-Man foes and an early appearance by the X-Men. Book has some handling wear with a .5" and a 1.25" diagonal crease in bottom right hand corner and some tanning to white areas of cover. Spine has some pinch creases and all pages remain bright and vibrant. A .5" spine split. VG.
